Koleka's holiday's!!

              koleka's holiday's!!

Hello there blogger's, So today we are going to be blogging about my holiday's!! First of all, i was sleeping, then i heard someone crying out loud, So i wanted to check. A s my head went up, It was my mum crying. I told my dad what was wrong?? and he said. . . "You're Nana died", then i started crying aswell. Also my dad was comforting my mum.

After my mum calmed down, She said "hurry let's go to you're Anti's house", i said, why? and i noticed that my cousins and everyone else was there to say goodbye to my nana.  So then me and my sister and brother got ready. Then off we go. When we got there they were all crying. But my nana was in Samoa so we had to go on zoom to see her.

After All that crying, we kept learning how to sing my nana's song. for the ones that want to know what the name of her song is, it is "home on the range". After that day we kept singing her song so we can show her we love her!! There are other thing's i have done in the holiday's like, Chores, playing volley with family, singing song's, and last of all sleeping my favorite!!!!

Ok, sorry but this is the end of my blog!! if you liked my blog post then comment "I really liked this blog post"!! Blog you later bye!!

  1. Heya Koleka, very sorry to hear about the loss of your Nana. It is so hard when you live in another country and can't go there when family pass away. Your Mum would have liked to hear the singing of your Nana's song as well. It would be a comfort.
It is good her family in Samoa would be able to be with her.
Remember when you are writing and talking about yourself, you use a capital 'I'. Because you are important!! Take care.

  2. Talofa Koleka. I really did like your blog post, writing about a specially sad time in your family. Your Nana would love your singing. Whenever there is song you will think of each other. Look after your yourself and your family in these difficult times. I’m glad you’ve been able to do your favourite things in lockdown. Kia Kaha. Thank you for sharing.

  3. Hi Koleka,
I was very sorry to hear about your Grandma. It will be especially hard for Mum, being so far away makes this worse for her. Be the best daughter I know you can be and give her lots of cuddles and do things to help her around the house. Thank you for sharing.
    Take care,
    From Mrs Mackenzie 😍
